C&N Design & Contracting Compny was founded in 1999 as an unlimited company. It specializes in handling and supporting the design and build renovation projects in Hong Kong.
In later 2003, C&N has successfully restructed as C&N Design & Contracting Company Limtied.
C&N has developed a strong channel and relationship with suppliers/contactors & customers and has extensive knowledge in foundation design & build with over 10 years’ experience in quality control expertise.
With current annual contract sum over HK$20,000,000, C&N is striving for further business growth.
Joint venture with raw materials suppliers in the year of 2010 to manufacture wooden flooring & acoustic raw materials.
Being the sole agent on Australia branded eco-friendly soundproofing materials.
With independent furniture workshop setup in Shenzhen, there is more flexibility in produdction lead time & cost initiative.
Reowned customer base such as Hip Shing Hong Group Companies Ltd, GR8 Leisure Concept Ltd, Hullet House, AIG, FedEx, Lorenzo Jewellery, Holiday Inn & Grand Hyatt.
In the year of 2003-2005, C&N has been nominated by FedEx as a Minor Works Contractor to carry out minor renovation works for their HKG headquarter office.
Supply Base
Joint venture with China-based manufacturers/sub-contractors to provide a very competitive cost but high quality products to customers.
With a broad base of local suppliers in Hong Kong, C&N establishes a strong supporting and sourcing network.
In particular renovation works, C&N adopts direct employment such as cement work, carpentry and painting works.
